The hotel is very comfortable, with the swimming pools, shops, garden with different plants. The breakfast was rich with a great assortment of products.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday! The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused. We will definitely be back here. WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

I went here with my mum for 4 nights expecting cheap and cheerful but it wasn’t that and we loved it. Clean, friendly staff, amazing food. You won’t go hungry! Snacks available when the restaurant is closed and drinks all day until late. This place is great for couples or families as the entertainment team have lots to keep everyone busy. Pepe the mascot was also a favourite. Location was brilliant right on the front. The rocks house lots of chipmunks and I actually sat and got them sitting on my lap. Hotel is also disabled friendly with ramps and lifts and you can hire mobility scooters. The only slight downside to the resort is no aircon in the rooms but you can hire a fan for a couple of euros per day which helps and it’s a windy island so nice breeze when windows open. It was particularly hot for the time of year we went as there was a heatwave and daytime reached around 34. The island is a lovely place to visit, nice beach and harbour about a 10-15 minute walk away. Nice little shops and bars. Plenty of places to eat if you prefer to eat out. We will certainly be going back!

Friendly staff, room was amazing, views were beautiful. The pool areas were lovely and clean. Toilets near pool and bar were clean, food was lovely, the snack bar was great! Overall had a great holiday would definitely go again!

I really enjoyed my break at this hotel. It was better than I had in my head it would be. It’s in a lovely location quiet but with charm. It’s right on the water so ask for a sea view room if you can it will face the pool and can be noisy until the music goes off around 5ish. The main pool next to the bar was where I was most of the time as it had a better vibe with music etc. Good number of beds I never struggled to get one at any time and never reserved but there are people who do so if you want to be near the pools to watch kids etc go down just before breakfast & get them. The other pool is also nice but lacked atmosphere but good if you’re a person who likes quiet to read a book etc. The other pool is where the kids club is. My daughter age 5 loved it and the staff were all lovely especially Laura who remembers the kids names its a nice personal touch. There is a back gate you can leave from and walk along the lovely walkway all the way to the beach. If you’re a runner or walker you will love this. Really peaceful and can recommend getting up early & watching sunrise on the beach. The rooms were basic but big spacious. The beds were comfy so that is all you need really and the maids are so nice as well they were in every day I think. The food is great for the money you pay at this hotel. Its got a good variety, I’m not fussy and always found something to eat just needs salt and pepper to give it a bit of flavour but all in all the food was great, we were on an all inclusive package. We ate out once in the week at fado steak house which I highly recommend the steaks were amazing and cooked to perfection. The drinks were good as well just your typical all inclusive. I can’t comment on the cocktails or wine as I knew from experience they just give me heartburn but I did have the vodka and beer (cruzcampo) and enjoyed that but I have to say after a week I was craving a decent glass of wine so we went to cafe del town across from the hotel one afternoon & I got a glass of Rioja €2.90!! It was delish!! The staff are all lovely. Check in was quick and easy. The maids are all lovely and in every day I think. The hotel grounds are nice there is only one issue which is both the guests fault & the hotels. The smokers of the hotel should be disposing of their cigarettes in the bins provided. There were cigarette ends around the pool area which guests had just dis guarded at their sun loungers & its really up to them to lift them and get them in a bin however they did lie there and were still there days later so I think for guests and kids who are non smokers the hotel staff should be cleaning the pool area a bit more thoroughly even though its the guests who should be more mindful! They hose it down but don’t seem to sweep up the area which they really should do. To me the pool area should be a smoke free area. I only had 2 issues with this hotel and one was the cigarette issue & the plates and cutlery in the dining room could have been cleaner. You
